There's something
about a Old Vacant House that picques my
curiosity. I wonder why it's
empty. What joys and sorrows and what
sort of people might have lived there.
What
laughter and tears may have occured
during family get togethers within. What
"slices of
life" may have happened during it's
occupancy.
I hate seeing old houses just torn down
and loaded unceremoniously into several
dumpsters
then carted off to a landfill somewhere.
I love it when a vacant house that
nature, by its
own devices has just about demolished, is
instead resurrected by the love and
skills of an
owner or builder.
OldVacantHouses.com is underdevelopment
but I hope to turn it into a wonderful
site over
the next several years or find a new
owner who will develope it to it's full
potential. I think
some pictures and history of Old Vacant
Houses might be the direction this will
go.
Along with some Real Estate, contractor,
and home improvement ads maybe to help
buyers
renovate their new "Soon to be
Non-Vacant House". This could be a
very neat website.
Of course you're welcome to take it off
my hands and build something else here
